This is a chargeable service. You may choose either:

• £80 for a written answer – up to one page (A4)
• £140 for up to 30-minute face-to-face video call (via Microsoft Teams)

All questions will be answered by a fully qualified Mountain Leader. Please use the form below to send us your enquiry, providing as much information as possible.  We will answer your enquiry within 7 day – although normally it’s much quicker.

If we are unable to help, you will receive an immediate full refund, and we’ll normally be able to point you in the right direction to get an answer.
